    The Newsletter Studio activation is not working

    Hello.

    I have 3 websites with NewsletterStudio plugin license.

    In 2 of them works (marcacriativa.pt and liscic.pt), but listopsis.pt does not work. Is always in trial mode. Is it related in that during the registration of the listopsis I put "www" before the domain? (see image below) In listopsis.pt have right now the version: Newsletter Studio v2.1.6 (trial-mode).

    How can I solve it? I put the .lic-file and reset the pool or change the web.config file and the trial mode does not leave the umbraco backoffice in listopsis.pt. My client needs to send the newsletters to his clients.

    Hi!

    This happens when you load the package with a domain thats not valid. The result will be cached so the domain that makes the first request need to be in the license file.

    The most common cases are:

    • Loading package with subdomain "www" without having this in the licsense
    • Loading the package with Azure websites without having the azure domain in the licsens.
