    Hi!

    What version of the package are you running? Is this a fresh install?

    You could try to change the provider for the members to:

    <provider name="UmbracoNewSubscriptionProvider" type="NewsletterStudio.Bll.Providers.UmbracoNewSubscriptionProvider, NewsletterStudio" />

    Edit: It looks like you are using the old provider, depending on your Umbraco-version this provider might not work due to changes in the core. If the provider fails to load it will just ignore it. Maybe there is hits in the trace log? Anyway - start with testing the "UmbracoNewSubscriptionProvider" first.
