    Insert URL content issue in Newsletter studio version 1.4.5.2.

    URL content not rendering on Preview of newsletter in Newsletter studio. But such URL exists on the website. Attached the screenshot for reference. How to get this fixed?

    Its very urgent. Client has to send out the newsletter by today EOD. enter image description here

    Hi!

    Does this work when you send the letter?

    We are using a HttpClient to fetch the content, any restrictions? Password protected, ip-restrictions etc?

    Edit: Can you also look in the logs (both in the db-table and the trace log (app_data/logs) and provide any error messages that you might find.

    External URL like google is rendering on preview. Website is neither password protected nor IP restricted.

    We are adding content URL of pages and content within the same domain and website using Insert content URL.

    We were unable to find any log on this either. Kindly guide us.

    Hi!

    Okey, and the URL that's in the error message are 100% correct?

    There is no know bug in the feature and it does work so it has to be something around settings etc in your hosting environment - do you have the same issue locally?

    Are you sure that there is no errors logged in trace log or in the umbraco log in the database?

    It is working fine locally... Only in Production we face this issue.. We have raised this issue to server team....

    Yes there was no log in database or trace.log...

    We will update once we get response from server team on this

    Not sure, but could it be related to https? Have you tested with external https-sites?
