    Hi!

Thank you for letting me know about the support-mail, I'll make sure to check whats wrong there.

Reg. you question, is the exact URL that you are using for testing included in the license? Are you running on Azure websites? In that case you might need the azure-url included in the license as well. The "trail-state" is cached after the first request but a restart would clear the cache so there is obviously something wrong with the domain name matching.

You could send me an email: markus [at sign here] enkelmedia.se and I'll help you out - please include the url of you license so I can find it.

    Cheers!

We're getting this issue too, though its periodical. Fully paid license which every couple of days reverts back to trial mode. A restart of the website tends to correct the issue but has to be done every couple of days.

    Hi!

The most common problem is that the site is started from a domain that is not in the license, ie a stage-domain or a azure web site domain. If the site starts on a invalid domain - the license status (like trial) will be cached.

    Are you hosting on Azure?

Otherwise, if you look in the IIS-bindings for you website (if you are on a local hosting environment) please let me know all the domains that you might use and I'll update your license with them.

We might also have a look at this implementation and see if we can provide a domain specifics cache-version to avoid this but as a fast fix I would perfer to just update your license.

Please contact me at: markus [at sign goes here] enkelmedia.se and I'll help you out.

@markus we're also seeing this and are running on the same server as before using the same domain that was fine. It started happening after the 2.1.9.2 upgrade. Not sure if that's related?

    Hi!

There have not been any changed reg. how the license-stuff works since version 2 was released so it "should work".

@Tim: Are you sure that all the possible domains that might trigger the web site is included in the license?

Yep, nothing has changed other than the upgrade however in our instance considering some of the other bugs we've found (i.e. with HTTPS) make me think there's something not right with the files on the server.

Not sure how I can check the domains though as the previous agency bought them the license. Will email you.
