I have troubles sending a newsletter.
When testing the connection in the general settings section everything seems to work fine.
When I than try to send the Newsletter I get the following Error:
Error: Could not send. An error occurred. Please check your SMTP-connection. Details can be found in the trace log.
Here is my tracelog:
2018-08-24 00:02:28,430 [P11436/D5/T404] INFO Umbraco.Web.Scheduling.ScheduledTasks - newsletterstudioSendout has been called with response: True
In the newsletterStudio.config all the settings seem to be ok.
I don't know if it helps, but looks like that there are two different outputs: the feature of sending newsletter looks be working, but when the email is dispatched to SMTP provider, he's returning some "kind" of error that is not related with the feature of sending the newsletter itself.
Could you test manually by sending an email with the same SMTP provider of the newsletterStudio? and reply the result?
One of the first places to look when there is issues like this in /config/newsletterStudio.config sometimes, probably because of permissions issues, this files does get configured correctly.

Hi Goncalo,
thanks for your reply. It had nothing to do with the SMTP provider. I have several applications using it without any problems.
I managed to clear the problem by just reinstalling the package. Now everythig works as expected.
Thanks again for your help.
Have a nice day
Hi!
Thanks for helping out on this one!

Have a look at the default file here to compare against your own one: https://www.newsletterstudio.org/help/configure-newsletter-studio/default-newsletterstudioconfig/
Cheers!
