    RenderUrl dosen't work anymore

    Umbraco 7

    We upgraded to Umbraco 7.11.1 and installed Newsletter Studio v. v2.1.9.3 (we have a valid license). We use a lot RenderUrl, but it dosen't work anymore. Both on preview and when sending test, all we get is this

    <p[RenderUrl:https://www.our.com/link-example/]</p>

    Any idea on how to quick fix it, as we have to send the newsletter out.

    Hi!

    I’m not 100% why this is happening, but it looks like something goes wrong with the P-tag in the beginning of the RenderUrl-tag.

    It should look like this: [RenderUrl:http://www.urltorender.com/]

    Try to edit the HTML code in the rich text editor - meanwhile I’ll test to see if this is a issue with all newer Umbraco versions or specific to your installation.

    I managed to "fix" this by copying all settings from the old Umbraco setup to the new:

    • config/newsletterStudio.config (some lines were missing)
    • config/tinyMceConfig.config (not all settings were in this file).

    But there is still a weird issue when viewing/editing the skin directley in Umbraco. It's empty. Fortunately, the content is there when viewing in VS,

    Hi!

    This has been an ongoing issue, since we don’t want to ship the code editor with the package we are using the same as the built in in Umbraco.

    If you navigate between templates, would it show up again?

    Otherwise if you could share the error message from the console?

    I need to have a look at this issue with the version of Umbraco that you are running.
