    Sending from the content-section issue

    Hi,

is this feature working on Umbraco 7?

I'm using 7.7.4 currently and when I've added a new data type based on Newsletter Studio Send Out the config section of this data type is empty:

    Thanks, Pawel

    Hi!

You need to insert the new data type on a Document Type and create a new content node with with document type to see the property editor for Newsletter Studio.

Watch the video "send from the content-section" here: https://www.newsletterstudio.org/videos/

Thanks for the answer, but how to select skin then? In the video, it's being set on the data type screen.

    Hi Pawel!

This feature has been removed in the V7-version of the package.

Sorry if i misunderstood your question.

I understand, is there any other way to set skin when sending newsletters from content section or it needs to be put straight into the template?

    Hi!

You can control this based on what you are rendering on the front end and also use the "Alternate Template"-feature if you need,

Documentation around this can be found here: https://www.newsletterstudio.org/help/working-with-newsletter-studio/sending-from-the-content-section/

    All the best!
