    Send keeps reverting to 20 members only

    We've got an Umbraco (7.7.4) set up behind an AWS load balancer, SSL offloads at the LB, .lic in the bin folder

    In umbracoSettings.config we've set:

    <web.routing trySkipIisCustomErrors="true" internalRedirectPreservesTemplate="false" disableAlternativeTemplates="false" disableFindContentByIdPath="false" umbracoApplicationUrl="https://www.FULLDOMAIN.com" disableRedirectUrlTracking="true">

    But it will still, at random, drop the licence and limit the send to 20 members.

    Any ideas?

    Hi!

    The domain name that first loads the site has to the list of valid domains.

    Are you using multiple domain names in any way? Please check that you license has all versions of you domain name, if not send us and email and we’ll add them to you license.

    This should resolve the issue.

    We are using 2 domains but both are on the licence?

    Would we have to add the non www. and www., http and https domains?

    Hi Rob!

    It might be that you are hitting your website from ie. mysite.com but only have www.mysite.com in your license.

    If you would have had mysite.com that would catch all subdomains as well.

    I've seen you PM and I'll make sure to help you get this sorted =D

    Edit: http or https does not matter, we don't care about this when validating the license.
