Hey there, We have noticed one of our sites with a newsletter studio form being hit with a lot of spam. There is no Captcha option currently, is it possible to add such a feature in?

Do you have any other suggestions to help avoid spam on newsletter studio forms?

Just thought to add that we are working on building a workflow in Umbraco forms for newsletter studio but I think it would be good if there was a native workflow / Captcha option on its own form.

There is an option to add a captcha field in Umbraco forms.

I know that, but this is under Newsletter Studio. It's base form does not have such an option. You can make an Umbraco form with captcha ( of course I know this :) ) but no workflow for Newsletter Studio native when you purchase it.

So out of the box it has a newsletter signup that is open to spam. We are building a workflow for it ourselves but I wanted to ask if there was an option or seed the suggestion to add it in native and/or provide a workflow natively.

    Hi!

There is no "official" plugin to use Newsletter Studio with Umbraco Forms today, but I added some examples to the NewsletterStudioContrib-project on GitHub. That one might be able to use as a starting point.

I also did a presentation during the German Umbraco Festival i Frankfurt 2018, maybe this could provide some inspiration: https://slideslive.com/38907457/ninjalevel-umbraco-forms-and-some-newsletter-studioenter link description here

Reg. adding captcha to the form that we ship I'n not sure if that will be the case since the intent with the macro that we ship is just to provide a starting point for your exact implementation.

    All the best!
