This is package is really useful. I have a site that has 1000s of media items, most of which are unused. What would be great is if you could hook up this package with the Bulk Manager package and list all media that are not in use then the option to delete them in bulk.
It is for version 7 only for now and do delete only for image files, I plan to release the next version with fixes this week. Please make some feedback for improvements after using, if you will have time.

Hello Dan. I recently published a package which removes unused media/files from umbraco/filesystem. You can find it at https://our.umbraco.com/packages/backoffice-extensions/media-remove/ It uses Nexu as a source for items which is not used anymore.
