could not get Workflow log error
Hi,

We are using Umbraco Cloud 7.12.4.

We installedPlumber and configured it with little to no issue. Everything seems to be working fine however we do sometimes get an error as follow:
```
    Message:
Could not get workflow log

Exception:
System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: path
   at System.IO.File.ReadAllText(String path)
   at Workflow.Api.LogsController.GetLog(String logdate)
```
The error message doe snot provide much information as to what the issue is and I tried looking online for solutions but haven't been able to locate anything about this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
