I don't think it will work but I have not tried to see if it works. But it should be a fairly quick task to setup a vanilla installation of version 6 and see what happens when the package is installed. But a lot has happened since 2009 where the package was uploaded.
But I'm thinking...isn't there a related links datatype that comes with Umbraco out of the box? It's not necessarily setup by default but it should be possible to create it. If I recall correctly it should work in the same manner.

Thanks for your response. There is a related links data type but it doesn't cater for media items. I presumed this package was to plug that gap.
