Terabyte Image Cropper 4.7.x support anyone?!?

This is one of my most used and highest valued datatype (also by my editors). Unfortunately it doesn't support 4.7.x as it acts just like a regular upload datatype...

Even more unfortunately I don't have the skills to update the package (even though source is included), so hopefully there is a chance, that owner or somebody else might have gotten it working on 4.7.x?

Would REALLY appreciate it - thanks in advance :-)

Why don't you just use the default Image Cropper of 4.7? I use it all the time and it's perfect. Have a look at how I use it with DAMP here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkcObL7CMvQ

Thanks for your reply, Jeroen. I do also use the default Image Cropper, but i find this cropper from Terabyte better and is much more intuitive to use for editors for numerous tasks - like news images, slider images etc. And it only uses one datatype (not two like default: upload+cropper) - upload, crop and done :-)

    Have you tried it?

    Have a nice weekend!

I haven't tried that Image Cropper, but the default Image Cropper in combination with DAMP is also very intuitive. Have you watched the video?

Hi, I wrote the thing, and I don't use it much anymore, the default one does most things better. But as you say, some things are not as good :-)

Anyway, having said all that, the datatype should not depend on the version  (it only edits the image file)

I don't know when I'll get a mo' to have a look at this, I'll try find some time for ya.

    Cheers.

    Murray.

I just tried it in 4.7.1 and it worked for the quick test I tried, can you provide a bit more info.

    Cheers.

    Hi Murray,

My mistake - not sure what i did wrong - maybe using a smaller image than crop px... Tested it again and it works a charm :-)

Thanks for a great package and sorry about the inconvenience!

    Cheers, horsted
