    not updating umbraco.config

    on Umbraco version 7.1.4 - Vorto 1.2

    Vorto property is not being saved to umbraco.config, other property is ok.

    I've tried to save only by changing the node name, it is ok.

    by testing a little more, I have found out that only en-US is updated.

    only by touch the web.config is helping.
