    Hostnames Subdomains don't responde

Probably this topic has nothing to do with Vorto, but I find it usefull for all Vorto users facing the same problem...

    So I setted u p different hostnames..

..but the only one works - is the original domain. All the others subdomains bring me to the "server not found" page.

what can it be cousing my problem?

    thnks,

    Alexander

    Hi Alexander

What does your content structure look like? And have you added these subdomains to IIS bindings as well?

    /Jan

    Hi Jan!

    The content structure:

    -En (has en.sprach.ru, en.v7.sprach.ru, v7.sprach.ru(archidomain) )

--the whole content with vorto datatypes

    -Ru (has ru.sprach.ru, ru.v7.sprach.ru)

-- no content, used only for ru culture and host names

How do I add a subdomain to the iis bindings?

    Hi Alexant

Do you have access to the IIS on some sort of control panel on the Arvixe host? If so you should be able to simply add the bindings to the site.

    /Jan
