Hi Are there any specific instructions when updating my package from 1.2 to 1.3? Do I need to uninstall the old one first? I am using umbraco 7.1.4. Thanks
Hi Moran
Since it's a package that influences your document types data then I don't think that the former packages should be uninstalled first.
I think that my approach would be to simply install the new package, which I assume just update/add files for the new version to use.
But before doing so make sure to backup your files and database, which is always a good idea if you're doing something that you're uncertain about.
You could also try testing on a fresh Umbraco install and try installing the old version of Vorto and then installing the new one to see what happens.
Just my 2 cents.
Hope it can be used.

Thanks, I will try that. Since every package has it's own tricks, I rather ask first rather than doing something wrong and mess up my website.
