    New release?

    Hi,

I've had a look at the borsetshire website and would like to know if you plan on releasing any more of the packages for public use. Both the categories and events seem interesting but neither of those are available on here or seemingly anywhere on the Auros site or the Borsetshite site.

    Many thanks

    Simon

    Simon,

We were planning on releasing the Categories package but never got around to fixing an issue where it wouldn't work with SQL CE. Will check to see if we're releasing these things on their own or whether I can just throw you over a copy of the source.

I have a copy fo your email so i'll get back to you.

    Joel

    p.s. LOL @ "borsetshite"

    Hi Joel,

Ooops sorry, I'm shockingly bad at typo's (or good depending on how you look at it).

It's a cracking demo site and I know I and many others would benefit greatly from your packages and having a set of stock features like the ones you have on there as I find myself building similar but not quite the same features over and over again.

    Thanks

    Simon

Simon, we have now released the categorisation as a package in its own right here with SQL CE compatibility:  http://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/categorisation-for-umbraco

    Great stuff,

I've had a a chance to have a play with this now and its great, I particularly like the documentation, its nice to have everything laid out for me like that.

    Cheers for all your efforts.
