I had to restart the site with 4.5.1 to get the menus to show, but I think this is an AWESOME little package! Well done fella :) If I could give it more karma I would
(Not that you and Lee the Karma queens need anymore bloody karma!)
I think there is a way to refresh the menu in 4.5, will have to look into it.

Great little package
