I've not done much with this package in a while, so it could be that the masterContentType column has changed name? Might be worth checking the database to see if it is there.
On another note, if the DB structure has changed, you might want to test the code first as it works at a database level, so could mess things up if changes have been made to the DB.

I've tried this package in an Umbraco V6.1.6 install but when I try to swap master document type, appeared to do nothing.
Taking a look at Chrome dev tools, I see the above error.
Any ideas?

Looks like the column names have indeed changed, I may have a go at this manually - see what happens :D
It's a great package though, so would be cool to get a V6 version. If I get time I may see about updating it for you, if you don't have time.
