Hmmmm, that's a very good question. To honest, I'm not sure - we never tried uSiteBuilder with Umbraco and MySql database. As uSiteBuilder uses only Umbraco API internaly (it never makes SQL queries to database) I suppose that if Umbraco API works with MySQL that uSiteBuilder should work with it as well but I cannot guarantie.
If you try it, it would be really nice if you let me know if it worked.

I will definitely try it ... I have a project that I need to get started on pretty soon! I will reply with details of how it goes ... :-)
