New installation with uSiteBuilder 1.2 problem with references/classes
We are just starting with Umbraco and I downloaded the uSiteBuilder 1.2 release. We will be using vs 5 and I wanted to evaluate the .Net implementation, so I went to the tutorial. I created my first Project using uSiteBuilder Project, followed the tutorial and went to create a new Page. However, when I looked at the references, the reference to Vega.USiteBuilder had a problem. When I went to look for the dll, the only dll I could find was Vega.USiteBuilder.Setup.CustomAction in the Program Files (x86)\VegaIT Sourcing\uSiteBuilder 1.2\
I added a reference to this but now the DocumentType attribute and DocumentTypeProperty do not resolve.
BTW: I have not installed Umbraco 5.1 yet, but I don't see any references which are required.
Umbraco core team is working on a code-first implementation and one of the future version of Umbraco v5 will support code-first (and some other features of uSiteBuilder).
Thanks ... disappointing but encouraging. I saw your thread on v5 and was hoping it had caught up. I know you get this all the time, but any idea on timing or is that kind of on Umbraco core team?
We hare a bit of a learning curve so I anticapate that this will be ready by the time we start to imiplement our actual web site.

Did I miss a step here.
Thanks,
Hi Don,
uSiteBuilder doesn't support v5 of Umbraco.
Umbraco core team is working on a code-first implementation and one of the future version of Umbraco v5 will support code-first (and some other features of uSiteBuilder).

Sasa
