    Licensing Error

Using Media Protect 1.6.2, on UAAS, v 7.4.1

This error pops up occasionally when accessing the logviewer, and sometimes clicking on the "Public Access" button in the media library...

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\IIS Express\~\App_Plugins\UmbracoLicenses'.

    Hi Paul,

Think that is coming from USAAS. Licenses needs to be in /bin but this is on localhost?

    Best,

    Richard

    Hi Paul,

Can you check again with this Umbraco license dll in /bin? http://nightly.umbraco.org/?container=umbraco-licensing

    Best,

    Richard

Umbraco.Licensing.dll is in the /bin folder.

Just tried on a standard install of 7.4.1, and don't get the error at all.

I assume, there's an issue with the UAAS Umbraco.Licensing.dll, as there's now a new folder in App_Plugins\UmbracoLicences, which I assume is where license keys will be going in future.

Guessing something hasn't been mapPath'ed correctly at HQ end :-)

Hmmm.. tried that nightly version of the DLL, and UAAS seems to be behaving now.

Maybe MediaProtect overwrote it with an older version - who knows! - only time will tell :-)
