Media protect export file and Logs

    Hi,

since updating the license for media protect I have noticed the logs no longer shows files downloaded and the export file does not show any items after the date the license was updated

is this a bug in the latest version of media protect??

is there any custom way to get this data into a CSV file

    Thanks

    Nav

    Hi,

I think the config file also updated and is disabled by default. See chapter Configuration in the manual how to enable logging again http://soetemansoftware.nl/media-protect/downloads

    Hope this helps,

    Richard

    Hi Richard,

thanks for the response. i have been through the manual and everything has been already set up in regards to logging etc..so not sure why the logging is still not working at all

I am not sure if i can even generate my own CSV because the data in the media protect logger is also not up to date so there is no way for me to get up to date data on the files being downloaded

It was working fine before updating the license so must be something in this new version of media protect

Sorry you was correct it was the setting in the config file..it is default set to "false" for logging this needs to be set to true.

I just didnt refresh the log viewer to see the updated results

Thanks very much for the help
