Richard, we are experiencing this problem right now on an Umbraco 8.8.3 site using MediaProtect 2.8.4. We were previously using MediaProtect 2.8.1 and upgraded because we were having this issue. I'm still seeing my logs fill with this exception when I reindex my Media Protect indexes.
Can you give me any insight into the problem? Is there something we can do to shake it loose?
We did try to reindex and that's when we see a lot of the above exceptions. I'll bet there are items in the recycle bin. If we clear that out, you think it will solve the problem?
The other piece of the puzzle is that this was previously an Umbraco 7 site. It was upgraded to v8 last year and it may be that we are just now noticing the problem. Do you think there could be a problem with the tables or the data there?

Hi Bo,
Think that one is solved with the following hotfix https://www.dropbox.com/s/zr9naxzotdmdji7/mediaprotect21_1.zip?dl=0
Hope this helps,
Richard
Hi Richard.
Thanks for that. Will it also be included in a future version?
Yes this will be the next version indeed

Hi Mark,
The above fix is in latest versions. Did you try to re-index and is there an item in recycle bin maybe?
Best,
Richard

Did the reinstall work? what was the resolution?
Could be that tables changed indeed. Try re-install?
