Hiya, I’m currently building a site using the MediaProtect plugin it’s now time to purchase a licence but I’m not sure which I’ll need.
I’m developing this on my local machine, it will then be promoted to a dev environment, then on to a test environment then finally onto a production environment.
Dev and Test are on the same machine but Production is on a different physical machine. I was looking into the Server Licence because I’m going to develop more than one site and the others may need to use this component too.
For both domain and server licenses you can configure a domain, staging and production domain/IP Address, 3 different domains of servers is possible this way. So that would fit your needs I guess?
I just want to clarify that if i get a server licence there will be no issue with me creating multiple sites all using the Media Protect plugin based on the config described below.
Localhost / Dev & Test / Live
Dev & Test being the same machine ( in some cases )
Live being a totaly different server.
I have 3 sites that will need to use this at the moment.

Yes a server license works and is valid in the above described situation. I think I need to enable localhost manually but I will do that for you
