Are there any known issues with Courier. Any unprotected media file I Courier over results in a Mediaprotect configuration error if I try to view it.
I'm seeing the following in the logs
MediaProtect Error validating /media/2006/plus.jpg : System.ArgumentException: The parameter 'username' must not be empty.
If I upload a new image directly instead of using Courier then everything is fine.
Umbraco 7.4.3. Courier 2.52.7
Hi Richard,
Courier changes id's so this could be the cause of that. I have made a resolver in the past (V1 of courier) Hopefully it still works.

Best,

I initially thought it might be the ids too. But, I have one protected directory and the nodes ids match on both systems and in mediaaccess.config.
All other nodes transferred by Courier end up inaccessible and direct to ConfigurationError.aspx
what version of Mediaprotect are you using?
1.6.2
I think the config error issue is not related to courier.
Can you check if Mediaprotect.mvc.dll exists in the /bin folder? If not please add it.
It was already there.
