Installing in Umbraco 4.5 has caused the whole site to crash!

Hi, I read the pdf documentation and since I saw no specific point for installation issues on Umbraco 4.5, I went ahead and tried to install it as a local package. Straight away I got "Server Error in '/' Application."  Now, the frontend and the backend is all showing the same Server Error pages. Secondly, I can not find the package under Installed / Created package to install it. Please help removing this package and get my site backup. Below is the stack trace and error details.

    Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Assembly Load Trace: The following information can be helpful to determine why the assembly 'RVContactForm' could not be loaded.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

OK - I fixed everything up - by deleting every single file that RVContact form had installed via FTP client.

    Hi Sanjeeb,

the pakcage should work in 4.5 and i didnt have any reports from other users.

in your stack trace i see:

Couldnot load file or assembly 'RVContactForm'or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded

as the fact that this package is using .NET Framework 4.0, i suspect that your installation of Umbraco is using Framework 3.5?

    thanks,

    Eran
