Meta Description HTML chars
Hi Richard,

I've noticed that Meta Description comes through with HTML characters.. I'm using the AllTags property.
```
<meta name="description" content="This&#39;s is a test &amp; test" />  
```
Do you know why this might be?

I meant, it is encoded on purpose. Google will display this decoded, what is the issue why you want this to change?

Client has asked for it to be decoded.

The problem also occurs on browser title.
