    Seco Cheker section is not created

    if iinstall seo checker under iis express, the seo Cheker section is not created. the document type are present.

    That is strange but if you open the users section and select the user you want to enable SEOChecker then enable SEOChecker there.

    I find the issue, my configs files are locked under TFS.
