    Exclude noindex-pages from sitemap

    Hi

    The reason you submit a sitemap to a search engine, is to ease and aid in the crawling process for the pages you want to get indexed. So (IMO), noindex pages should not appear in the sitemap.

    Would it be possible to implement this?

    If not, then make it possible to specify a property alias (true/false) which determines whether the page should be included in the sitemap or not.

    Hi Simon,

    This is possible per document type or when you add the xml sitemap property editor on Document level. Check the manual how to use this.
