With the robots.txt that is generated out of the box the css and scripts folder are getting blocked from robots. This prevents Google from seeing the sites as mobile friendly.
Can you update SEO Checker so these folders get excluded from the robots.txt file ?
For people already using SEO Checker robots.txt file you can easily change the file.
Go to Seo checker section. Than to Settings > Domain Settings.
For each domain you can right click and choose "Edit robots.txt file". Remove the lines disallowing access to the css and scripts folder and save the file.
This of course only applies if your scripts and css files are placed in these folders.

Hi Dave,
This is indeed scheduled for 1.9 (out soon). Also Clientdependency.axd will be included out of the box. Thanks for posting the work around.
Best,
Richard
Nice to see it will be fixed in the next release.
Keep up the good work.
