I've tried to create new redirect rule in Redirect manager but for some pages it return 404, for some pages redirect works ok. Why 404 happen? Where i should look?
Could be that the error was logged and that your tried to create a redirect afterwards. Remove the redirect and fix it from the broken link overview in that case and it should work again.
I didn't realize that if the 404 was already logged, you had to create the redirect from the logged error and couldn't just create it from the Redirect manager. I just had the same problem that Michael had with SEOChecker v1.9. Is this something that is fixed in a later version of SEOChecker? I don't think the editors that are using SEOChecker always know to check the "Inbound link errors". When they find a glaring 404, they just create a redirect for it and are surprised and confused when the redirect does not work.
That might be a bug indeed, will check and fix for future release. Best to teach your editors to also check inbound links. Since they can fix inbound link errors really easy from that overview.

Hope this helps,
