Unfortunately there is no support for blog posts at the moment. The implementation is still very limited, since I usually just implement the bits we need ourselves.
I've added your request as an issue on GitHub, but I can't say when I'll have the time to look into this.
Hey Anders – I've been working on an Umbraco PropertyEditor for LinkedIn and also pulling some company updates. It works OK for what I'm doing, but going forward it might be better and more maintainable if it were part of your package.
Are you interested in any any submissions, and if so should I submit a pull request to Skybrud.Social.Umbraco and Skybrud.Social.LinkedIn?
Pull requests are always welcome and greatly appreciated. However the combination of the Umbraco package and LinkedIn in particular might be a little difficult.
To explain that a little further, the Skybrud.Social.LinkedIn package is far from what I will call stable, so it probably needs a lot of work to wrap it up. As such, I would prefer not make it part of Skybrud.Social.Umbraco - at least not yet.
But if you have any pull requests for Skybrud.Social.LinkedIn, feel free to submit them on GitHub, and I'd be happy to merge them into the codebase. The more help I can get here, the faster I can probably also add support for it in Skybrud.Social.Umbraco ;)
LinkedIn
Hi Anders,
I can see the linkedin provider although not supported I also read https://github.com/abjerner/Skybrud.Social/issues/29
Would it be possible with current implementation to get blog posts for a given user from linkedIn?
Regards
Ismail
