Unfortunately not, as it's not a straight product > discount setup. Discounts are defined by rules + rewards so there can be a whole heap of things that are involved in whether a discount applies or not, so the only way to know the discount that applies would be to add the product to a cart and run it through the order calculator.
For this kind of site wide global discount, we'd probably recommend you create some kind banner that you re-iterate that there is 20% discount on everything and then when an item is added to the cart it shows the 20% discount.

I have applied a discount on an entire shop but unfortunately, nobody knows because the discount isn't visible on the products.
Is there a way to display at there is a 20% discount on the products?
