    Requirements for part using a gift card in Tea Commerce?

    Does anyone know if there are specific requirements for part using a gift card in Tea Commerce, for instance being registered and signed in?

    I've not investigated this yet, but when try out a gift card, if the order total is greater than the gift card amount I get through to the payment provider, but if the total is less than the gift card I get bounced back to the cart after the accept order screen.

    The back end of Tea Commerce does show amount used and amount remaining against gift cards so it looks like it should be possible.

    We've not linked up any membership as we're using anonymous customers at the moment.

    Hey Tom,

    You don’t need to be a member, I think the problem is there is nothing for the payment provider to process and so it can’t progress.

    You might need to look at using our Zero Value add on package which looks to see if the order total is zero and if so essentially let’s the order pass through https://teacommerce.net/resources/packages/zero-cost-payment/
