Tea Commerce order line amount award initially working but not submitting
Hi I have an issue with the setup of a specific category product rule and order line amount discount. Basically the discount appears at 1st when the discount code is input so I thought it was working. However as you make your way through the cart process it just disappears and the discount is removed sending the product line back to full price.

The screenshot attachment set-up shows:
• Order more than 1
• From a specific product category (Elle Decoration Paints)
• & Enter discount code
• Then get £4.99 off per product over 1 order in that same category
Here's another couple front end client facing screenshots showing the discount applied on the 'Cart Content' page and then not working anymore as soon as you reach the 'Accept Order' to payment page.

Hmm, that's an interesting one. I've just setup a discount doing the same on the demo store at demo.teacommerce.net and it seems to be working ok there.
What version of tea commerce are you running on? And is the cart on the review step using the same render logic as the one on the cart page? If not it could be that it's displaying different price variables, and the one in the cart is using the discounted totals, but the review step isn't.
Thanks for your response, it doesn't look like it's the render logic as when you navigate back to the original 'Cart Content' page after the discount has disappeared on the 'Accept Order' page and refresh, the offer doesn't come back.
It's gone, however the discount code is still active.
Are you able to share the code you are using to render the cart prices? And do you have any kind of caching in place that might have it remembering the previous state at all?
Just FYI Iv'e pasted the code in for both cart steps 1 and 4 but it just needs moderated to make sure I'm not spamming. Hopefully it gets approved soon, just wanted to let you know I had responded - K

Sorry for the delay in update on this but I think that's it now sorted! :)
It seems I needed to check the box 'Allow with previous campaigns'. When this option wasn't clicked it for some reason lost the promotion as you worked through the cart, it would also disappear if you added something to basket when through the cart then decided to go back to adjust your order.
I think I also didn't have the rules in the correct order so adjusted them to read if you add an 'Elle Decoration Paints' product and more than or equal to 2 of that product and used the discount code you would then qualify for the promotion.
