Deleted shipping method appears after a few minutes again
Umbraco 4.7.0 TeaCommerce 1.4.1.0
That is my scenario:
1.) I created a shipping method in the Section 2.) I assigned the shipping method to Switzerland, but NOT as the default shipping method 3.) I deleted the shipping method but it appears after a few minutes again in the shipping methods
Have testet this and confirmed there is a bug. I will correct it in the 1.4.1.1 BETA and upload a new version. Will see if I can find and solve the e-mail problem as well.

Will take a look at that as well. Sounds like it's not being deleted in the first place.
Would you do a test for me?
1. Create a new shipping method
2. Delete it
3. Recycle the app pool
4. Update the shipping methods list and see if it's still there
When you do that you check to see if the shipping method has only been deleted in the cache, and not in the database.
