Hi, I'm running into an error when I try to run the starter kit webshop locally for the first time after installing it according to the installation guide.
I'm getting an error: Error loading MacroEngine script (file: )
Yeah, we just updated the Starter Kit to manage that problem. The inline xslt macro rendering package does not work with the latest version of Umbraco. Either download and install the latest Starter Kit (Which also contains a few other nice adjustments), or remove the inline xslt macro code from the MainMaster template. Then you should be good to go.
Rune, what is latest starterkit... i just downloaded and installed as a webmatrix site with sql2008 r2, but my page is rendering very similar to above...
ah, wait... if i go here... /en/starterkit.aspx - everthing looks great... what am i missing? if i just go to root of site... localhost:8080 i get a not right lookign home??
I dont think taht you can install it as a webmatrix site.( Maybe you can :) ) But did you follow the install guide that was at the site? It tells you how to assign the domain name the right way.
I hade the same issue but I solved it by at the "Tea Commerce" root node navigation settings, setting redirect to the "en" node. I'm guessing when adding more language/localization support I would need to create more such nodes "se" or "fr" etc.

Thank you for that Rune!
I've downloaded and installed the new starter kit and it works great.

Cool. :)

Welcome to the Umbraco forum by the way.

I will, I just need at least 70 Karma points to be able to do that. :)
Are you sure? Jason Mackay could do it on this post. And he's only on 50 karma right now.

Anyways, they change the rules from time to time :)
