    PayPal process in tea commerce

    Hi 

     

    I wanted to get confirmation of the PayPal process, I have setup PayPal and I get the payments authorised and the sandbox emails are getting generated.

    1. With e resultant transactionid and value I can finalise the order this changes the status of the order to New and the payment status is set to pending External system..
    Now am I right in saying we wait for the PayPal review to complete and the order can then be completed

    Hi Ravi

    It's correct - the "Pending external system" status for PayPal provider is because some action needs to be taken at the paypal site. Maybe you have your account i GBP and the payment was made in USD, or paypal isnt finished collection the money, etc. Just login to paypal at it should give you the right status.
