    How to retreive all root categories

    Tea Commerce support

    Hi There,

    I want to know how to retreive all root categories and sub categories, because i want to databind it to dropdownlist or Navigation... please help...

    Do you use XSLT or Razor? Using the Tea Commerce starter kit or building from scratch?

    Sounds like you need to do some asp.net forms?

    In that case you might find uQuery usefull:
    http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/v480/Reference/Querying/uQuery/Content/

    Like Rune said - try uQuery or the dynamic node features of Umbraco to get the categories. The categories is just normal Umbraco nodes - no Tea Commerce magic here :)
