It appears that tax (VAT) isn't calculating properly. Our tax rate is 6.35%. It seems to only be calculating 6%. Any reason it would truncate the decimals? This happens on product pricing too, not just shipping.
Looks like a lot of the XSLT is set to show the price with tax (step 1, step 4 and step 6). A few quick adjustments to those and I think this site is a wrap!

VAT calculation is using decimal so it should be decimal safe. Do you have the "Prices in DB incl. VAT" unticked in the Tea Commerce custom section?
