    Cart Items Being Lost

    We have a live site using the starter kit as it's base.

    We have an issue with the core functionality of teaCommerce as follows:

    1. You add some items to your cart.

    2 You navigate to another product page and attempt to add another item to your cart

    3. The cart then empties and shows only the last item added.

    Firebug shows the "tcbase/teacommerce/HasOrder.aspx" returning false.

    Orders have been successfully placed within the site however based on the order numbers, there appears to be a large percentage of orders failing as detailed above.

    Are you able to suggest what might be going wrong ?

    Any ideas on this ?

    The installed version is 1.4.3.2

    Do you think installing 1.4.4.2 would help rectify.

    If so are there any considerations when installing ? From a read of http://www.teacommerce.net/en/documentation/revision-history.aspx I think it will be fine.

    Hi there

    Have identified and solved the issue.

    We manage our own web servers - the server was a server with several sites and limited memory so we had loaded a memory limit on the application pool.

    Removing the limit has fixed the problem.

    Nice wee lesson.
