Tea Commerce, Contour 2 and Courier 2 working together?

Im using the Tea Commerce starter kit which i think uses version Umbraco 4.7.2
Within my build im using a few forms, some are complex using conditional logic. I want to transfer those 'form's' from my dev enviroment to my production/staging enviroment.
I Have found the DLL that is supposed to help with this but as ive tried it and found it breaks all my macro's i find a comment at the bottom of the codplex page stating it will only work with Umbraco 5.
So my question's are:
a) Can I/Do I upgrade my Tea Commerce Umbraco install to Umbraco 5? Will this break anything if i do, how easy is it to upgrade?
b) Can I manually move the form's over by copying some files to some directory? If so, which ones and where?
I'm not sure I will be much help there as that is mostly a Contour/Courier question. I have never used contour.
One thing I do know is that Umbraco 5 is dead and burried, so no... Don't upgrade to Umbraco 5. You will need to find another solution for that part of your problem.
For the contour issue, you better ask in the contour forum.
