I did a test when I copied TeaCommerce.PaymentProvider.DIBSpw.dll to the bin cataloge and this error message appers(when I try to login backend).

Is there a version for umbraco 6.02 out?

Ahh sorry.
That is the provider that DIBS did them self. That doesnt work with Tea Commerce 2. Only 1x. And of course Umbraco 4.7+
