We have done that a couple of times. We're using the content tree to create weight groups and then load them on the appropriate hooks in Tea Commerce. Not so difficult. We are all off for the summer holidays at the moment but I'll be happy to get back to you afterwards. Will be a couple of weeks though!

Does an add-on like this exist for Tea Commerce ?
If it doesn't what would it cost to develop something like this
If the order exceeds 20kg the shipping method shouldn't be available in frontend.
And it should ofcourse be possible to add and remove weight groups.
