How much would it cost to hvae your team create this for me? BTW, really liking your eCommerce implementation so far. I have only played with it for about a day or so, but looking forward to using it to launch a website here in Hong Kong in both English and Traditional Chinese (Mandarin).
We charge normally 700€ for a provider that redirects the customer to the payment gateway and the payment is completed there. But it depends on the API the gateway gives us access to. When we have that - we can give a specific proposal.

Has anyone created a payment provider for Asia Pay in Hong Kong?

That is not one of the out of the box providers. The payment API is open source so you can create the provider yourself, or have us create it for a fee.
