I tried to install TeaCommerce 2.3.2 on my umbraco 7.1.4 website. The installation seemed to be successful, but the new TeaCommerce section is almost empty. There's only a Need Help node in this section.
I would expect to have some more options or possibilities to create stores and other stuff
No, this is the only thing i see (i can't create anything in this section) I also have 2 errors in my console (don't know if it has something to do with TeaCommerce):
I got two users where the admin was not the real admin. I logged in Umbraco with the admin account (UmbracoContext.Current.Security.PerformLogin(0)) and then go to the user and add Tea commerce > Security > admin and check all the boxes.
If that's not the problem maybe look into the database and try to find the security and add those checkboxes direct into the db?
I found out that the admin account i was using, has all rights, but wasn't the user with id = 0. So i logged in with that account, gave it TeaCommerce rights and with this user i have now the Teacommerce section filled with the needed content.
Installing TeaCommerce 2.3.2 on Umbraco 7.1.4
Hi,
I tried to install TeaCommerce 2.3.2 on my umbraco 7.1.4 website. The installation seemed to be successful, but the new TeaCommerce section is almost empty. There's only a Need Help node in this section.
I would expect to have some more options or possibilities to create stores and other stuff
Is this normal behavior or a known issue?
Hi Rubinho
What was the name of the user that you was logged in with? Is it the super admin user?
Kind regards
Anders
Hi Anders Burla,
Yes it is the super admin user.
Do you see the Stores node? Click it and create a store.
No, this is the only thing i see (i can't create anything in this section)
I also have 2 errors in my console (don't know if it has something to do with TeaCommerce):
I've had the same and it was a rights issue.. (the screenshot looks the same)
@Edwin - do you remember what you did to fix it? :)
Thanks Edwin,
I found out that the admin account i was using, has all rights, but wasn't the user with id = 0. So i logged in with that account, gave it TeaCommerce rights and with this user i have now the Teacommerce section filled with the needed content.
