    Orderlines missing, but payment finalized?!

    I have a couple of orders that has been finalized and payed for (with Klarna) but the orderlines are missing in Teacommerce. I cant find them in eighter the database or in Umbraco. Luckily they were saved by Klarna. But for some reason they werent saved into teacommerce.

    The price total in Teacommerce is correct though. The price of the orderlines has been added to the Transaction fee!?

    Any ideas what could have happend? I cant find any errors in the logs..

    Hi Tobbe Does the order that is finalized have a copiedFromOrderId in the DB? If yes - does that order have the order lines?

    Hi! No CopiedFromOrderId in dbo.TeaCommerce_Order is unfortunately NULL. Any more ideas? :)

    No idea how that can be deleted all of a sudden. Only happens for some orders? Running latest Tea Commerce version?

    Ive found 2 orders so far. Running TC 2.2.3.b2... :/ Its on an ooold site. But you havent heard of anything like this before?

    Nope - data shouldn't be deleted just like that out of the blue
