Culture is not supported. Parameter name: name en_us is an invalid culture identifier.

    Hi,

We have an issue which we can't figure out, marketing works on our staging site but not on live.

If I go to Stores > Client Name > Marketing and hit create new I get the error attached. If I do it on staging it works fine. Dev team checked and all files seems to be the same, so we've run out of ideas, any thoughts?

    Thanksenter image description here

    Hi Simon

Running the latest version of Tea Commerce 3? And what culture is set for your user. Maybe set it to UK english instead of US english.

    Kind regards

    Anders

    Hi,

We're running 3.0.2 for Umbraco 7 on live. I believe Mike already tried changing the culture around to no effect.

So perhaps we upgrade to 3.0.4 and see what happens, if it still continues any other ideas?

    Thanks

You can try and get the latest version of Tea Commerce for Umbraco and try and debug where it fails and see what can be done. https://github.com/TeaCommerce/Tea-Commerce-for-Umbraco

    Hi Anders,

Thanks, it was the user specific culture that solved it. Great support :)

Now we can access this, we're getting the error 'Tea Commerce Marketing is running in trial mode - discounts won't be applied to order numbers larger than 20. Order the full version today.' Although the licence is a full one as the rest of the shop is fine.enter image description here

Can you tell us how we can fix this please?

    Thanks

    Great!

If you run the site on a different domain than the license is licensed for you will get this message. If you ARE running on the live domain or a sub domain to it - please send the url where the site is running and the domain of the license on an email.

    Kind regards

    Anders

Ok, will do that now, emailing you licence file and URL to your email.
