We recently bought a licence file for a website we are adding an ECommerce shop to. The website was initially built using Umbraco 6.1.6, and is still using this older version.
We have copied the licence file into the /bin folder as required, but the list of domains in Umbraco Tea Commerce does not show the domain I bought the licence for.
When I try putting this domain licence in a newer version of Umbraco (V 7) it appears to work. Does the Tea Commerce licence have to be re-issued to work with the older version of Umbraco (V 6).
If you use an older version of Tea Commerce v1 or v2 the this can happen. Either update to latest v2 or even v3 (remember the breaking changes) or send an email to [email protected] stating the domain you have issues with and also which Tea Commerce you are running. Normally you can find the version in the developer section of Umbraco and the "Installed packages".
